a nice interview experience, no pressure interview, more like a chat, however you have to find any chance to promote yourself. Usually they will send some of your alumni to accompany you to finish the process.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY
Interview
I applied via my school's website and got a first interview via phone. It went well and I was invited to McLean, VA for the final rounds. Personally, I was not at all impressed with EY. They said they would have lunch for us, but nope. In addition, the office space was so small that I felt uncomfortable while doing the interviews because I could barely move. I spoke with 2 managers and a partner and they were very unenthusiastic as they were talking -- as if they were forced to be there. The partner was very monotonous -- made me feel like he was so boring to talk to.
