HR's attitude is too bad.
Technical Managers are sweet and make us understand all the process.
Don't know why all HR is EY are the same.
Please be very cautious while answering to HR in EY

Salary Negotiation which they never accept what we say, They just offer 20-30% of hike and say this is only possible and if required you accept.

Easy interview process. The main elimination round is the GD. The technical round focuses on the resume and includes basic scenario-based questions related to skills, projects, and problem-solving ability. should have good communication skills
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (New Delhi) in Feb 2026
Interview
It was smooth, first there was a GD round then there was a interview in which behavioral questions were more, no technical question as such. It was more like a discussion.
