Interview
I attended a few EY networking events, applied online and did the hirevue. Made it to the final interview round conducted on campus where I did two 30 min back to back interviews with two managers.
4 rounds: Resume - Test Assessment - Group Interview - Personal Interview.
The tests focus on the core value of the firm. The test assessment includes questions relating to F3 F6 F8 ACCA exams and writting essays.

Pretty chill, mostly behavioral questions. Partner that interviewed me is really nice and friendly, I Iove the work culture and how people interact. An audit senior interviewed me first, then an audit partner interviewed.
