3 rounds of introduction, cases, and fit check. First interview is with hr and junior, second interview with managers/directors, and the third interview with the partner. Average length of 45 min to 1 hour.
The interview process was smooth and organized, with interviewers maintaining a professional and friendly approach. Questions were relevant to the role and assessed both technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. The overall experience was positive, though the feedback and decision timeline could have been faster.
