First was an over the phone interview to ensure all of the necessary qualifications, then we went to the place of employment (the lab) and walked around (escorted by the military who worked there) seeing all the steps of the process of the job and what I would be expected to do. Once concluded with the tour, we sat down and an offer was made to me.
