Eagle Realty Group interview questions

Applied, received a call back for a phone interview with Human Resources. That lasted about thirty minutes and consisted of mostly accounting questions. Next step was a face-to-face interview at the offices. Once again, most questions was on accounting knowledge in the real estate industry.

Wanted experience and work ethic information. Previous jobs, reference letters, and salary requirements. Desires for the future with the company. How to get salary increases. What experiences you had with previous employees. The procedures needed to give increases and reviews of current employees.
