    Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at East London NHS (London, England (UK)) in April 2016.

    Interview

3 interview panel members, very attentive and helpful. They made me feel relax. I was feeling welcome from the first minute and the interview was fluent and interesting. Panel members were asking questions in turns: one was asking 2-3 questions and then the next panellist was taking over to ask another set of questions

    Interview Questions

    • Questions relating to introduce myself to the interview panel members, questions related to my previous experience, a case scenario related to the normal job, another question about having to deal with a difficult customer in the past and how I reacted to obtain a satisfactory solution   Answer Question

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at East London NHS.

    Interview

The interviewing process at the NHS is a tough, high anxiety provoking exercise, very much in tune with national equal opportunity guidelines. In my particular experience the interviewing panel, three to four people, which included the team service manager, consultant psychiatrist, family therapist and a service user asked me a variety of questions (about 8; some two-part) regarding my professional and inter-personal skills.

    Interview Questions

    • The service user asked me very specific questions regarding service delivery for young people in the community, its challenges and ways to deal with them effectively.   1 Answer
