Interview
I applied for the position on Indeed and spoke to the recruitment team via phone, before being invited for a face to face interview.
The interview lasted around an hour and was a thorough assessment of my managerial and technical skills. We discussed the purpose of the position, which is new to EastQuay IT, and how my strengths would help and how to overcome my weaknesses via a training regime.
I came away with a good feel for the company, which now that I have been here for 5 weeks I believe was an accurate reflection.

I was asked a thorough mixture of questions. Technical, to gauge my ability to resolve customer problems; customer service and account management, to understand how I can help a customer at account level and ensure we provide first-class service; and operational, to gauge how I manage a team and build a successful culture.
