Eastvantage Business Solutions interview questions

The interview process was relatively straightforward and moved quickly. However, I was asked several personal questions that did not appear to be directly related to the job requirements or qualifications. After joining the company, I felt that some of the personal information shared during the interview was discussed with other team members without my consent, making me feel uncomfortable and becoming a topic of conversation within the team. This experience raised concerns about professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for employee privacy.
