Typical Corporate Assessment based Interview. Group panel session that allows the interviewee to have a presentation outlining their education, skillset, achievements, etc, in a powerpoint format in the beginning of the interview and then following up with questions after.

Question 1
Name a time when you disagreed with the customer, how did you respond?
Eaton has a very long recruitment process, and sometimes the positions go on hold or get cancelled without notice. Not all applicants get contacted from the Company and the process could be very slow.

Interview
Hiring consisted of sending my resume/CV. I had four in-depth phone interviews from various senior managers to assess my competencies. Most of all they were looking for a fit in terms of mentality besides the skills. There had to be a connection to the people there. I didn't need prior aerospace experience, just needed to convince them that I learn rapidly and will work hard to make a contribution as soon as possible. I then had a face-to-face with the members of the team and was given an offer at the end of the process.

Most of the questions were very standard. I had some previous experience in market research and therefore there was a large amount of time spent on what I did previously in this area.
