Had my first round as a panel type virtual interview with two interviewers and it's completely a behavioral interview . At the end was asked a basic technical question to confirm my technical background.

Got called by an employee for an initial screening interview and provided availability for further interview. Next stage was a 1 hour interview with a manger and someone from HR

Interview
They are very kind people and have good energy. Easy, open, and quick communication. Very clear definition of the role and had a chance to interview people in different functions.

General information, plan of future, skills related to supply chain, sales, tools, manufacturing etc.
3 rounds of interview (1 with HR, 2 with mangers, 3 with leadership team and with presentation). No technical questions. Easy to talk to and lots of questions surrounding leadership and challenges.
