I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Echo Global Logistics
Interview
I took two phone interviews before being invited into the Chicago office, both were pretty low pressure and more about my personality and career goals. Next I sat in with a current sales rep for about half an hour observing daily work, then interviewed with HR person for another half hour, and finally a client sales manager for about 40-45 minutes.

Question 1
Asked a lot about why I wanted to work for them and in the transportation logistics industry, definitely helps to know lots about the company.
Spoke with hr over phone then interview with a manager. Phone call with hr was great they were very nice. Interview with manager was terrible, he was very rude seemed like he already made up his mind to not hire before the interview since he was very rude. Glad I didn’t get further into this process since seemed very toxic based on the manager

He asked something about money, he mentioned needing to have a hunter like mentality
They called me for a phone screening. I applied for an operations job because I was tired of sales and the recruiter convinced me that the better job is really the sales job. I kind of reluctantly said okay and then proceeded in the process. Went in for an interview and it was with two managers that were pretty unprofessional. Then they declined me because they wanted someone who really has a love of sales. Lol. Then don't convince people to apply for the job when they applied for a different one. Hard to be mad though because I got a dream job shortly thereafter
