The interview process was well-structured, professional, and transparent from start to finish. Interview
The interview process was friendly and on point with every subject covered. Jessica made me feel comfortable. We even talked about if there was an escalations how to diescalated by asking the customer was the issue if is a technical issue we can unplug and reboot equipment.
Very nice person great interviewer stayed with in the company guide lines was on time with the interview had patience questions was very brief and to the point made sure that I understood the role of the position explained customer service process
