I sent my resume on indeed, maybe a week later, I recieved an email about conducting a phone interview. I then did the assessment which is an assessment to test if your mechanically inclined along with some behavioral questions. Another week later. I recieved a call from HR to attend an onsite interview. I interviewed with a team leader and an engineer. That asked some "what would you do questions" and about my background. We then took a tour & afterwards I did an interview with HR. They Strictly behavioral questions. Yikes! All in all it was a good experience.
