Interview
I sat through two rounds of interview with team lead and department head. The questions were fair and role-focused. Both interviewers were nice. The team leader also spent a substantial amount of time explaining the team structure. I just wasn't a suitable candidate. Giving a neutral rating only because I didn't progress further lol.

Straight forward interview process. First round involved meeting recruitment lead. Second round involved meeting 1-2 members of SLT. Third round involved presenting a task and meeting the broader team, including junior members.
