i submitted my application on their website forum and about two weeks later I got an email about a phone interview. They called me and we had a phone interview about my background and they said they’d get in touch regarding the next round and never did.

Friendly interviewers and the team seems passionate about what they do. They would discuss the writing assignment to understand more about you and your thought process. The stages took about 2-3 weeks.
