I applied online and received an interview within a week. I first interviewed over Teams with someone from HR, then with an SVP. They then asked me to complete a personality profile. After that I was asked to complete an assignment that took 3 days to complete. They asked me to hurry through it and submit it by a certain date. Right after they received it, I was told that I had to present my overall report to the SVP within 2 days. On the day that I was scheduled to present, I found out that I also had 2 more interviews scheduled with senior leaders, however the HR rep forgot to invite ME to the interviews. So she added the extra people onto my presentation, and they were given the opportunity to interview me during my presentation in front of the audience. This would not have been so terrible, but I did not have a chance to prepare for this, and to top it off, the HR rep did not take ownership of her mistake. The entire process was less than 2 weeks as they were hurrying through it. They also changed the position from what I was applying for and the salary for this position is about 25% below industry standard.
