I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Edward Jones (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2012
Interview
I am an Accounting student, so I was not specifically looking at the Operations department when I applied to Edward Jones. After applying through my University however, they EJ only chose me to interview with the Operations department. The initial interview was help at my University (UMSL) and I was interviewed by two men who work in Operations at Jones. They asked very typical interview questions, "Tell us a little about yourself", "What do you know about Edward Jones?", "What area in Operations would you specifically like to work"? I was emailed a week later and offered a second round phone-interview. This interview was my first phone interview. There was two people from Jones on the line when they called me, and they asked me questions about different situations I've been in, one was a leadership role question, and the other dealt with working with difficult people in the past. I did not receive an offer from the company, but I wouldn't have taken it anyway, although I really do like Edward Jones as a company. The internship was just really not in my field of interest.
I applied online. I interviewed at Edward Jones (Tucson, AZ) in Oct 2019
