Several rounds asking about general business acumen and questions about experiences managing/working with others. There was supposed to be just a couple rounds but someone was missing at one and so the scheduled an extra.

Interview
The interview process was fine relatively laid back especially given the industry. Weighted more heavily towards behavioral questions in my experience thus far. All of the interviewers have been very kind and open about the process. Hopeful that I will receive an offer as this program is particularly interesting for me, getting exposure to multiple business units over the course of 2 years.
