How Would you assess the success of a business initiative?
Took 2 months and 4 rounds. First is online assessment (like SAT) and you record yourself to two virtual interview questions. It's self paced so you can stop and finish later. Second is call with HR. Third call with hiring manager. Fourth involves a case and you present to the Director and hiring manager. All or most were situational questions and what you done before
