First interviewed by a senior manager on campus. I was brought to the second round with 1:10 ratio. The second round was on-site and consisited of six 1-to-1 interviews, each lasted about thirty minutes. The second round interviewers are the controller and the managers of each department. For both first round and second round interviews, there were all behavioral questions and no technical question involved.
