Position was in advanced tech department.
Interview process:
1- Phone interview with HR
2- Phone interview with a director
3- in person interview that took half a day (6 R&D and 1 HR).
Questions were mostly about previous experience and technical background. Also, they provided details about the position and what is required from the prospective employee.

What would you do if you have a conflict with a colleague?
Phone screen, then 30-minute second phone screen/interview with hiring manager, then a series of 6 interviews on Microsoft Teams with members on the team as well as the extended team.

A lot of typical questions about one time I had a disagreement at work and how it was solved. Nothing that stood out.
