The interview process was quick and transparent. It took 22 days from introduction to decision. I had a great recruiter, Adela Schoolderman, who kept things moving. She provided in-depth background on the opportunity, benefits, company culture, and the skills needed to excel in the job.
The first stage was an interview with the hiring manager followed by two panel interviews with the IT Leadership Team. Decision was announced 3 business days after the interviews. I was provided with reasons why I wasn't hired. Adela and I had a conversation about how I can improve going forward. Although I didn't get an offer, I had a very positive experience going through the interview process than I've had at other firms.
