Recruiter reached out to me for an interview request. Asked me to fill out a sheet of paper with standard questions related to the job.
After I pass that, I talk to the hiring manager for 30 minutes where he goes over my background and experiences.
Following that is a series of 1:1 interviews with various stakeholders via Zoom. Some technical, mostly asked about my previous experience and "what would I do in so so situation".
Ultimately did not get an offer. The rejection was quick and swift. Got a reject 2 hours after my interview ended

Started with a brief screening with a recruiter to assess compatibility with the role, Then, it was followed by a formal interview with hiring manager to go over position and fit.

The interviewers are all super nice and want you to do well. Mostly personality-based questions. A lot of questions you can answer about projects you've worked on like when is a time you've worked on a team, when is a time you've had to alter a design and why, etc.
