You meet 1:1 with 3 people: Manager, HR Partner, and Senior Team member. Afterwards, you wait to hear back via email. The newhire orientation (if hired) is only offered approx. 1/month, so you're entering a new job without that for the 1st little bit.

The normal strengths/weakness question, the reason why you wanted to work at Edwards, etc.
I spoke to the recruiter first, the hiring manager second, and then a panel interview. It was pretty straight forward. The recruiter did an excellent job with keeping me informed throughout the process.
