Egen Lead Python Developer interview questions

The interview process was very chaotic, they have little to no respect for your schedule. They kept calling me over and over during meetings and wanted to have long conversations. They gave me little information at the beginning and then even that information was changed down the road. After the 2nd interview, I received a call from the managing director that we want to hire you. I asked him to call tomorrow as I have to go to a meeting, and they never called. It is very weird company.
