It started with an initial HR screening, followed by an interview with the hiring manager and an assessment test. The interview process went smoothly, although professionalism was missing from both the recruiter ghosting me afterwards (I only reached out once asking for an update- no reply), and the hiring manager forgetting about the interview and telling me that the job is "very boring" and if I was sure I wanted to be part of the team.
