I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts in Jan 2015
Interview
Pretty standard animation interview. Asked a bunch about my experience, what they wanted from me, if I would be comfortable doing A B and/or C. Etc. Nothing crazy. I spoke with most of the senior animators, as well as the director in a conference call.
It was a couple of panel interviews with animators through zoom. They went through my resume, demo reel and animation test. Also asked about the production experience and favorite video games.

Interview
The whole process was initially slow but once they have interest in you it started moving a lot faster. Had a phone screen, then a interview with the lead and then an onsite interview. The interviews were pretty laid back. No dumb questions like what is your biggest weakness.

Interview
first it started from email from recruiters and you will have a phone call, or on-site interview. It depends on your location. I think they do not offer relocation for contractors. and you need to relocate yourself if you want that job.
