They tested you excel and dumped you a very long spreadsheet to sort and work. Also asked behaviour questions such as your strongest and weakest. Why work for EA? What experience makes you fit?

Interview
Started with questions on a file to test the excel data managing and reporting skills. Very different from traditional interview. No front desk in the company at all. You have to find the person on a touch screen to communicate with your recruiting manager. After a few basic questions which took about 5 minutes, the recruiting manager gave me the file to work on.
