I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Melbourne) in Oct 2021
Interview
Asked me to do a code test, and I actually done it twice because the first time I did it I am not in the country. And the second time I did it is 6 months later. The feedback of the test was positive. Then there was a 45 mins Zoom interview with 3 managers. The next week after the inverview, the HR call me back and no offer. The reason is I don't have direct experience in some API. I am not buying that becasue I didn't write those API experience in my resume in the first place. If those experiences are the keys, why spend so much energy for me to do the code test, and for the team to review it?

Interview
Starts with 1:1 interview with HR, later they send a technical test, then several interviews with people from studio (development director, project manager, lead render programmer, etc). Expect more technical interviews after the technical test.
After doing about 5 interviews. They told me to wait 2 weeks for an answer, they didn't answer and when I insisted, they said I am not rejected and that I should wait more. They completely laughed at me and made me lose valuable time. Total waste of time. Very unprofessional feeling, will never apply more to this company.
