I applied through the recruiter. They sent my CV and quickly I got first phone interview with senior analyst and a manager. Basic questions about experience, expectations, conversation about a role. Next stage in the office with 3 different people. Interview was very easy, although it was for a senior analyst role. Very simple test on a paper about SQL/SAS skills, behavioral questions, experience again. No technical questions apart from the SQL/SAS.

The interview process was relatively casual and comfortable. Started with tell me about yourself type of question. Went through academic and professional background. And went into details about school projects. Very straightforward. Non-technical.

All question were regarding past project.
Not much of behavioral questions. Some cross questioning would definitely be there. Research well about the company and its core working. Have a lot of expectations. Be to the point and sound logical.
Tools used are SAS and Tableau. Good location in Dallas, near downtown.
