Elinext interview questions

Standard flow. First, there was an initial interview with the HR, and then an interview with the head of the division. During that interview, we discussed both hard and soft skills, we had a small talk in English. I also had a test task that had to be completed in real-time (write a user story based on a screenshot of a mobile application). After that, there was a final interview with HR, where we discussed organizational issues.
