The processing for online application to schedule an interview took a lot of time due to many applicants. The interview is easy and fast. You should be able to adapt to their work schedule/shifting. After the interview, prepare for an exam.
First, there was Initial HR Interview (phone) then Technical Interview with the Hiring Department (panel). HR explained that the hiring process would take about 2 weeks. HR also provide updates regarding your next step.
