I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Emerson (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2010
Interview
Campus interview in business school by HR followed by department interview in the company premises.
The HR round was behavioral and quite straight forward. If HR is satisfied they forward your resume to different division within the company. The division interview can vary widely depending on the division - trying to gauge the fit for the specific role. Some divisions have consulting like case interviews where you are given a business problem and are expected to give you take on how to solve the problem.

Interview
I first had a phone call to gather some basic information, which went well. Later, I was invited to an online interview with HR and a manager. That interview also went well they mainly asked about my educational background, projects, and some aptitude-based questions.
However, after that, I never heard back from them. They didn’t respond to my follow up either not even a simple courtesy reply. Ghosted..
