Very informal. More based on people skillet than technical ability. Behavioral. Be friendly and not weird and your fine. Interview has multiple steps and people. I was initially contacted via email. Be interested, and ask questions. Have things to talk about, friends, school, truck, piano, poodles, be able to show competent social skills. Act interested in control valves also

2 rounds of interviews. STAR interview format. Very standard process, no technical. They will teach everything on the job. Programming background will be helpful if interested in automation. You maybe considered for multiple different intern/co-op roles.

Question 1
When was a time you experienced injustice, how did you deal with it and what was the outcome?
I went to my school job fair, got an interview right after. They got back to me in 2-ish weeks with an offer. Interview was very relaxed. It was with one person in the industry and the hiring manager. No hard questions, they just asked you about your work experience, project experience, and relevant courses that you are taking. Be confident and you will be fine.
