Emesec interview questions

I only experienced a phone interview with this company. Me and the recruiter remained in touch via email after the phone call. I was told I would hear something by the end of the week. I heard nothing so I reached back out a week later and was told they were still reviewing. About a month passed between updates still saying they were interested. Finally after a month I was told I was under qualified. I am not sure why it took a month for this since we were still in contact via email.
