Interview
I was contacted within two weeks after applying and given an online assessment. Then shortly after I was invited to two interviews one after another, one hour long each, the first one is with a team lead and the second with HR. Both interviewers were very friendly and paid a lot of attention to my answers. I was asked about myself and to give different examples from situations related to my previous working experiences and studies. Each interviewer asked one to two brain teasers and there was also a case study. They are understanding and would give you a hint and encourage you till you solve the teaser, so really no place for panic!

Question 1
i.e. Give an example of a great idea you came up with?
What is your biggest weakness and what do you do to improve it?
What quality that you do not have, you admire most about others and why?
Tell a story where you had a problem with a team-member.
Brain teasers:
- How would a pizzaman could benefit from scissors? (the more ideas you can list, the better ;) )
- If X gives one apple to Y, they will both have the same number of apples
If Y gives one apple to X, then X will have twice as many as Y
- If you have 8 balls and they all weight the same but one, how can you tell which one is the heavier with only two attempts on weighting scale.

prima interview con HR, seconda con HR e manager, terza con Manager e membro del team, durata del processo circa 3 mesi dall'application. HR Molto tranquilli, con il manager interview difficile ma ci sta per far parte di un team piccolo

Interview
First 30 min interview. It was a nice conversation regarding my fit and soft skills. The HR interviewer was very communicative. Knowing about the company and their mission helps for this interview.
They will ask about the prediction of the future growth in the current market (give you around 5 minutes to prep) , they will also ask questions from your CV and ask you what is your thoughts on their products offerings.
