      Beginn mit Einführungspräsentation, man bekommt seinen eigenen Teams Room, zwei Vorstellungsgespräche hintereinander, dann Pause, dann drittes Gespräch. Sofort Zu- oder Absage nach dem Tag. Nette und sehr junge Gesprächspartner, positive Atmosphäre, alles sehr schnell, hatte das Gefühl einen standardisierten Fragebogen gefragt zu werden.

      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Emma (Frankfurt am Main) in Aug 2023

      Interview

      Several interviews in which I was able to meet different people from the company and from different levels of seniority. The tasks were explained really well and I was asked several things not only technical but mainly tied to my soft skills and the NDA of the company which was really good to know better the culture of the company. Along the process I was notified quite fast about the process and the next steps. After the offer, P&O contacted me to support me with my questions and so did my boss before my starting date. Overall, it was a pleasant process, super tidy and well prepared.

      The questions were precised, super oriented to how would I manage a hostil situation within the team or with other stakeholders, how would i communicate due dates with the team, how would I approach a topic over the monthly closing, how I imagine my priorities in the first 3-6 months, how would I read my team and what would i do to know them better.
