Empire State Realty Trust interview questions

After waiting several months and completing multiple interview rounds, I finally met with the senior property management leadership team. Following that meeting, all communication stopped. Despite multiple follow-ups, I eventually received a generic response stating I was not selected and that they were still searching. Given my qualifications and experience, the lack of transparency and feedback was disappointing and raised concerns about fairness and equity in the hiring process.

Great communication throughout the process. 2 rounds with recruiter then hiring manager. Last round was in person 3 hour interview where I was interviewed by 6-7 people. Questions covered background, tell me a time when, and gauging your knowledge on excel, Real Estate, & PBI
