I applied through Handshake. I had an initial phone screening which was followed by a Zoom with the CEO, Then an in-office interview that included 2 practical assessments one over Excel and the other over SQL accompanied by some interviews with other members of the staff. This was supposed to be followed by another zoom with the CEO but they stopped correspondence about a week after and never set up that meeting. The Excel exam and SQL exam are each 15 mins and are 10 and 15 questions respectively. For Excel be sure you know how to use pivot tables, data on a delimiter, use the TEXT formula to restructure a date format, apply conditional formatting, and other basic Excel formulas. The SQL test also features a few questions on xml.

Friendly first meeting with a focus on both personal and professional experiences. Interviews are recorded for the owner's viewership and advice from the recruiter on next steps is given after. Received an invitation to round two with the owner.
