Interview
I applied through my University's website and within a week I received a call back from a recruitment manager. We then proceeded t set up a time for a phone interview a few days later. During the phone interview I was asked to just walk her through my resume and had to answer some personal questions about my goals and past experiences. The next day I received a call about coming downtown for a personal interview for later in the week. That interview lasted about an hour and a half and I met individually with three employees. Again, this interview was just to talk about my goals and experiences and why I might want to work at Enova. They walked me through what they did on a day to day basis and I had the opportunity to ask questions. The next day I was offered a position and accepted.
Everyone at Enova was extremely kind throughout the whole process. All the employees seemed to be relatively young and enthusiastic about their job which makes for a great place to work.

Interview
The interview I attended was first round and was case study interview that involves maths, stats, and coding. The process lasted about 36 minutes and there was only one interviewer. The interview process was short and recruiters gave feedback really fast.
