I scheduled my skill assessment test before I had my phone interview. There were 4 tests that tested logic and reasoning. There's no way to study/prepare for the tests. The phone interview was very casual. They answered any questions I had about Epic and the role and asked generic behavioral questions. Still waiting to here back after the initial interview.

Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Interview
Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
