I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jan 2017
Interview
30 min phone interview, very relaxed. Then on-site interview that takes about half a day and consists of a presentation of the company, taking with someone currently in the position, tour, hr interview, and difficult logic based programing test. Overall the process was smooth and fast and the interviews are mostly quite relaxed. Also free lunch.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Interview
Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
