I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Mar 2017
Interview
Went to college career fair, then later got a phone screen and an email to take an assessment. I was then flown out to Madison for the whole day, went through a few one-on-ones as well as a couple case studies. Pretty much everything in my trip was covered, and it was pleasant.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
