I was contacted through a recruiter that saw my resume on a campus job website. The set up a phone interview and a technical assessment through a third party website. The phone interview was fairly basic but did ask some unique questions like how would you decide if you had multiple job offers.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
