I got a form email saying that they would like to set up a phone interview, and then I was sent an email with a link to pick a time. My interviewer had the position I was applying for. He was very engaging and seemed to like the job, and he was able to answer all of my questions. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.

Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
