I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
You have to pass 2 things before the on site. 1st is a phone call with an Epic member. Standard behavioural interview going over resume and such. 2nd part was the technical portion that requires logic, arithmetic, and it would be helpful if you have basic coding experience. If you pass that (nothing complicated, just how coding logic works with arrays and different variable types), the onsite has aa technical interview (kind of like a case study) and an HR interview. The entire process took less than 3 weeks (start to finish) and I got my offer about a week after the on site.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
