I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Feb 2018
Interview
Met a recruiter at a career fair on campus. Was contacted within the week about setting up a phone screening and technical exam. Completed both within a few days- the phone screening was casual, just general behavioral questions and a discussion of my resume. . After passing those screenings, I was invited to Madison for an on-site interview which consisted of a few individual/ group interviews, a coding exam, and a tour of the campus. I received an offer within a few days after the visit.

Interview
Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
