I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Nov 2015
Interview
Began with a phone interview. The second phase was a coding test where you were allowed to use any language or pseudo-code to come up with a program to solve 4 problems, I thought this would take an hour, but it ended up taking me more than 3. The next stage was an on-site interview, and they take you around their impressive campus and have interviews with a few people that work their in the role they're looking to hire you in.
