I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Feb 2019
Interview
First you send in your application online, which is the easy part. If they like it they'll have you do a short phone interview which is very casual and informative. If you make it past that you do an online assessment that has typical logic questions and such. You also take a personality test at this stage. Next, you go to their superday in Verona where you take a tour around the (beautiful) campus and get to learn a lot about the company. During the superday I had one case study and one interview with a recruiter. I went home and had to complete a 4 question programming assessment which was quite challenging, though they allow you to write in any programming language you wish, including pseudocode. A week after I did the programming assessment they gave me an offer. Overall a very speedy and comfortable interview process.
Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Interview
Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
